Pesto Lasagna: Layers of pasta with basil pesto, spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. It’s a great vegetarian option. Chicken Pot Pie: Chunks of chicken breast simmered with carrots, potatoes and onions in veloute sauce. Pie is served in a deep dish topped with our flaky pie crust. Chicken Marbella: Chicken breast marinated in white wine and baked with apricots, olives and plums. Served with couscous. Beef Stroganoff: Chunks of beef and onions simmered in sour cream and beef gravy, seasoned with lots of black pepper. Stroganoff is served over buttered noodles.
